4. Data Retention
• Account & Profile Data: retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
• Generated Images & Videos: stored indefinitely on our servers (we may later use them for training or marketing, but will notify you in advance).
• Usage Logs & Diagnostics: retained for up to 5 years.
• Support Communications: retained 3 years after last contact.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share your data only as necessary to deliver the Services, including with:
• AI Providers: OpenAI, fal.ai, piapi.ai, replicate.com, Google Vertex AI
• Infrastructure: Supabase, DigitalOcean, Stripe
All third parties act as processors under our instructions. We do not sell your personal data to marketers or other third parties.
6. International Transfers
Your data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should we transfer data outside the EEA, we will ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
